(“us”, ‘we”, “our”). By purchasing a subscription you (“You,” “Your” and “User”) agree to the TOS.

Conditions of Use
We provide subscriptions to Alive and Fit Magazine, a quarterly digital magazine. With your subscription you receive free bonuses, including a directory listing, access to the Ask an Expert section, recipes, e-newsletters and website content. You may purchase a monthly subscription (paid month-to-month) or a lifetime subscription for a one-time fee. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions.

1) Alive and Fit Magazine Subscription and Site Access
When You purchase a subscription to Alive and Fit Magazine, We grant You a limited license to access and make personal use of this website and the magazine. This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the publication in exchange for payment and per our TOS and Our Privacy Policy. Payments for this license are made through a third-party payment processing service. By purchasing a license, You agree to abide by that payment processing service’s terms of service. We will never have access to Your credit card information.
2) Copyright
Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of Alive and Fit, Blubber Busters Corp. and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website and in Alive and Fit digital magazine is the exclusive property of Alive and Fit, Blubber Busters Corp.
Any violation of this policy may result in a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right infringement that may subject User to civil and/or criminal penalties and termination of their license(s).

You agree that all content on Our Site and in Alive and Fit Magazine is strictly for educational purposes, and is not intended as medical advice or to diagnose any health conditions. You agree to seek out medical advice from a qualified health professional as you understand Alive and Fit does not replace medical advice.
- b) Directory Listings
When you purchase a subscription you may submit a directory listing to Our Site, as long as the content is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties.
We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When You post your content, You grant Alive and Fit the right to reproduce, publish and modify such content for the Site.
- c) Ask an Expert
You agree that any questions submitted to Our experts are not intended to replace medical advice from a qualified health professional. Our experts provide general health information for educational purposes only. You agree when you submit a question to one of Our experts that question will be viewed by the expert in an email. The expert will reply to your question by email. You understand that any information provided in the email, including your name, will be held in strict confidentiality and will be kept private.
6) Links and Advertisers
We may provide links to other websites on Our Site or through Alive and Fit Magazine. We shall not be responsible for any material on any website to which We provide a link that We did not create. User assumes all risk by following a link. The Company provides no guarantee that any website it links to will be accurate or available.
We do not assume responsibility for accuracy of any advertising claims made by advertisers on Our Site and in Alive and Fit Magazine.

9) Limited lifetime subscription
Alive and Fit Magazine has been publishing since 2007. A lifetime subscription to Alive and Fit means the subscription will continue for the life of the product, in this case, the magazine and the website.
10) Applicable Law
By visiting this website, you agree that the laws Canada without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Alive and Fit/Blubber Busters Corp. and You, or its business partners and associates.
11) Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Canada and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
12)Terminations
We reserve the right to terminate any User’s license or access to the Site for any suspected violation of Our TOS and/or Privacy Policy. Termination can occur without advance notice. We shall not be liable for any damages for terminating a User’s license.
